We’d love to hear what you think.
We’re always trying to improve how we serve our customers, so want to know what you think. From time to time, as part of our insight programme, we ask customers to complete an online survey. This is happening in the next few weeks and, to reassure customers this is a legitimate email, we are letting you know this is being sent. We are partnering with Kantar, a respected research agency, to send out an email survey to customers from a specific email address; MKMCustomerSurvey@kantarsurvey-z.com
How long will it take me?
The questionnaire has around 20 mainly multiple choice questions and should take around 10 minutes. We know your time is precious, so every completed survey will be entered into a draw to win one of 11 prizes; one prize of £500 in Love2Shop vouchers, and 10 of £50. These can be used by you, or by your team.
Is it anonymous?
Completely. That’s one of the reasons we’re working with our partner Kantar. They are sending out the survey and collating responses so we will hear what our customers think overall, but not individually. MKM won’t be given access to any single response. We are looking for overall themes and feedback so we can improve where we need to in order to meet your needs. You will need to leave your name and contact details in order to be entered into the draw, but Kantar deal with that element completely separately.
What about my data?
Who will receive the questionnaire?
We’re inviting a wide selection of customers, covering all industries and how often they trade with us. This is so we can get a good mix of views from across all our customers.
Why didn’t I get the questionnaire?
As we have sent this to a random selection of customers, it’s down to the luck of the draw. If you have comments or views you’d like to share with us directly, you can email us any time at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject ‘feedback’.
Will I get loads of emails from you now?
We will be asking customers for feedback in lots of different ways. Sometimes that will be by email, sometimes face to face, or text. We promise not to spam you though, but we do want to hear what you think. If you would like to opt of any future market research you can do this on receipt of the email, or by emailing us on email@example.com with the subject ‘feedback’.
What will you use the findings for?
We’ll use the results to help us evolve and develop our products and services to best meet the needs of our customers. We’re interested in themes and overall findings, and your general views, rather than specific feedback about individuals or branches at this point.
Is there an incentive?
To say thanks for your time and feedback, you’ll be entered into a prize draw with the chance to win Love2shop vouchers courtesy of MKM Building Supplies which will be shared via email to winners. There is 1x Top prize of £500 Love2shop e-gift card, and 10x Runners-up prizes of £50 Love2Shop e-gift cards. The prize draw is open to eligible participants, who receive an invitation to participate in the survey and fully complete the survey by 2nd April 2021 via a mobile, PC, laptop or tablet, will be entered into a prize draw to receive a Love2Shop contactless gift card. The prize draw will occur on Friday 9th April. The voucher will be issued to the winners of the prize draw the following week. T&Cs apply to use of voucher. If we have a high level of responses to the study, it may close earlier and you will get a notification to say the study is no longer available when attempting to enter the survey at this point, in which case you will not be able to enter the draw.
